AEGEAN BLUE REGULATIONS POLICY

1. Reception Policy

  • Check-in: Check-in time is available from 15:00 to 24:00. In exceptional cases, such as late arrivals, the hotel may offer flexibility, but prior notice is required.
  • Arrival Notification Policy: The guest is required to notify the estimated time of arrival up to one day before their arrival. If the estimated arrival time changes, please inform the reception immediately.
  • Check-out: Check-out time is strictly until 11:00 a.m. Any delay beyond this time may result in an additional stay charge.
  • Personal Documents and Identification: Upon arrival, you will need to present a valid identification document (e.g., ID card or passport) to complete the registration.
  • Arrival Form: Upon arrival, you will need to fill out and sign an Arrival Form with your details such as (Full Name, Email, Phone, Country, ID/Passport Number, Address-City Postal Code, Vehicle Plate Number, Allergies, Date of Birth) additionally in case of an invoice (Company Name, Profession, Address, Contact Person, VAT Number, Tax Office, Phone, Email)
  • Reception Hours: According to the current legislation for the prescribed hours of receptions for rented rooms, the reception is available to the public from 08:00 to 24:00. In case of emergency, there will be a phone available at the reception.

This policy ensures that the accommodation can better manage the flow of guests and provide a pleasant experience for new customers arriving.

2. Cancellation and Prepayment Policy

  • Bookings through platforms (Booking.com, Expedia): Reservations made through the Booking.com and Expedia platforms are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are listed on the guest's page at the time of booking. These terms include the specific cancellation policy that applies to the respective platforms.
  • Bookings through our website or by phone:
    • For reservations made through our website or by phone, full prepayment of the reservation amount is required via credit card.
    • In case of cancellation of the reservation, the amount is non-refundable.
    • If the guest wishes to pay the accommodation amount upon arrival, a 25% deposit of the total reservation amount is required. This deposit must be paid in advance, and in case of cancellation, it is non-refundable.

3. Room Types and Amenities

AEGEAN BLUE Apartments & Suites offers a range of different room types to meet the needs of every guest. Below are the available room types with their respective amenities:

  • Standard Apartment:
    • 3 single beds
    • 1 Bathroom
    • Kitchen
    • Balcony with a view of Olympus or the pool

    Ideal for individual guests or couples

  • Family Room:
    • 4 single beds
    • 1 Bathroom
    • Kitchen
    • Balcony with a view of Olympus or the pool

    Ideal for families or groups

  • Classic Apartment:
    • 3 single beds
    • 1 Bathroom
    • Kitchen
    • Balcony

    The rooms are newer and renovated, with better materials and more modern design compared to the Standard Apartment

  • Superior Apartment:
    • 3 single beds
    • 1 Bathroom
    • Kitchen
    • Balcony

    Pool view and stunning design, ideal for luxury accommodation

  • Standard Maisonette:
    • Maisonette with 4 single beds (2 on the lower level and 2 on the upper level)
    • 1 Bathroom
    • Kitchen
    • 2 Balconies with a view of the garden and the pool

    Ideal for families or larger groups

  • Master Maisonette:
    • 5 beds (2 downstairs and 3 upstairs)
    • 1 Bathroom
    • Kitchen
    • 2 balconies with a view of the garden and the pool

    Very beautiful construction materials and modern decoration. Ideal for larger families or groups who want more space and comfort

  • Standard Suite:
    • Living room and kitchen
    • 4 single beds on the upper level which is divided into 2 separate spaces with an internal staircase
    • Sofa that converts into a bed
    • One bathroom and one WC
    • Two balconies with a view of Olympus

    Ideal for up to 5 adults

  • Superior Suite:
    • Living room and kitchen
    • 4 single beds on the upper level which is divided into 2 separate spaces with an internal staircase
    • Sofa that converts into a bed
    • 2 spacious Bathrooms
    • Two balconies with a view of Olympus

    Ideal for greater comfort and privacy for guests

These room types cover a wide range of needs, from the simplest to the most luxurious accommodation, and are ready to host both individual guests and families or large groups.

4. Prices and Price Adjustment

Room rates are adjusted annually and are set for each period of the year (e.g., low, mid, and high season). Prices are fixed and do not change during the year, except for the time adjustment made at the end of each year for the next period.

  • Prices for each room type are available on our website and booking systems (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia).
  • Please note that prices may vary depending on the time of year (e.g., high, low, and special holiday periods).

This approach helps manage prices and allows customers to know in advance the cost of their stay for each period.

5. Amenities and Services

AEGEAN BLUE Apartments & Suites offers the following amenities and services to its guests:

  • Free Wi-Fi: Free Internet access for all guests.
  • Swimming Pool: Access to a pool for adults and children.
  • Restaurant and Pool Bar: Access to the accommodation's restaurant and bar.
  • Parking: Free parking for one vehicle per room. There is limited availability for a second vehicle, and parking is always provided on a priority basis.
  • Baby Cot: Available on a priority basis.
  • Air Conditioners:
    • In Standard-Classic-Superior Apartments as well as in Family Rooms: 1 air conditioner
    • In Standard and Master Maisonettes: 2 air conditioners
    • In Standard and Superior Suites: 3 air conditioners
  • Televisions:
    • In Standard-Classic-Superior Apartments as well as in Family Rooms: 1 television
    • In Standard and Master Maisonettes: 2 televisions
    • In Standard and Superior Suites: 3 televisions (1 large and 2 smaller ones)

6. Drinks and Food

  • All drinks and food provided by the accommodation are charged and are not included in the accommodation price.
  • Breakfast is available and can be added to the room price. The guest can choose to add it at the time of booking.

7. Behavior Regulations

For the best service and pleasant stay of all guests, AEGEAN BLUE Apartments & Suites implements the following regulations:

  • Smoking Prohibition: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and all enclosed areas of the accommodation. There are outdoor smoking areas that guests can use.
  • Pet Prohibition: Pets are prohibited in all accommodation facilities, for the comfort and safety of all guests.
  • Prohibition of Extra Overnight Guests: Overnight stays of extra persons beyond those declared in the reservation for the respective room are prohibited. In case of violation of this rule, the accommodation reserves the right to request an additional charge or cancel the stay.
  • Damage and Vandalism: In case of destruction or vandalism of any property of the accommodation, a charge will be imposed according to the cost of the damage, which will be assessed by the accommodation staff during the incident.
  • Theft of Materials Prohibition: The theft of consumable products (such as towels, glasses, etc.) from the rooms or common areas is prohibited, and violators will face a fine or other penalties related to the value of the stolen items.
  • Quiet Hours:
    • Winter Period: From 15:00 to 17:00.
    • Summer Period: From 16:00 to 18:00.

    During quiet hours, we kindly ask all guests to maintain silence and avoid noise and loud noises, respecting the comfort of others.

8. Safety and Health Provisions

The safety and health of our guests are our priority. At AEGEAN BLUE Apartments & Suites:

  • First Aid Certification and Lifeguard Service: The owners of the accommodation have First Aid certification and Lifeguard certification, ensuring that there is professional support in case of emergency.
  • Health Protocols: The accommodation follows all health protocols provided by the state and relevant legislation for safe operation.
  • Emergency Pharmacy: At the reception of the accommodation, there is an emergency pharmacy, which provides basic medicines and health equipment for the immediate need of guests.
  • Emergency Exits: There are emergency exits in all rooms, as provided by the building plan, for the safe evacuation of the accommodation in case of emergency.

The safety of our guests is of utmost importance to us, and we are always prepared to ensure the physical integrity of our guests during their stay.

9. Pool Policy

  • Operating Hours: The pool operates daily from 09:00 to 19:00 strictly.
  • Pool Supervision: There is a pool supervisor/lifeguard on duty throughout its operation for the safety of guests.
  • Children and Children's Pool:
    • Children under 7 years old must be under strict supervision of their guardians in the children's pool.
    • In the larger pool, minors must also be under the supervision of their guardians. If supervision is not observed, children will be removed from the pool area for safety reasons.
  • Hygiene and Cleanliness:
    • The use of sunscreen or any oil or body lotion in the pool is strictly prohibited for cleanliness and hygiene reasons.
    • All guests must shower in the accommodation's showers before entering the pool.
  • Food and Drink Consumption: The consumption of food and drink around the pool is prohibited for cleanliness and safety reasons.
  • Diving Prohibition: Diving in the pool is strictly prohibited for the safety of all users.
  • Appropriate Attire: All guests wishing to use the pool must wear appropriate swimwear. The use of other types of clothing (e.g., casual or sportswear) in the pool is prohibited.

This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all guests while adhering to basic cleanliness and hygiene principles.

12. Breakfast Policy

  • Additional Charge for Breakfast:
    • Breakfast can be added to the room reservation for all individuals declared in the specific reservation.
    • If guests do not add breakfast at the time of booking, they have the option to declare it upon arrival at the accommodation, stating the number of people and the days they wish to attend.
  • Charges:
    • Children under 10 years old: 5 euros per day.
    • Individuals over 10 years old: 10 euros per day.
  • Breakfast Description: Breakfast is offered in a buffet with a variety of foods and drinks.
  • Breakfast Operating Hours: Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:00.

This policy covers all the details for adding breakfast and the corresponding charges for guests.

13. Restaurant Policy

  • Restaurant Operating Hours: The indoor restaurant is available to the public from 08:00 to 10:00 for breakfast and from 19:00 onwards for dinner.
  • Indoor Restaurant Closed (10:00-19:00):
    • From 10:00 in the morning to 19:00 in the evening, the indoor restaurant area will remain closed to the public.
    • During these hours, only bar service or payment of services will be allowed in the indoor restaurant area.

This addition covers the specific policy for the indoor restaurant area and the hours it is available for service.

11. Additional Policies

  • Compensations: If there are damages to shared equipment or excessive wear in any area of the accommodation, compensation may be requested for the restoration of the damage.
  • Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for their personal safety and the safety of their personal belongings during their stay. The accommodation is not responsible for theft or damage to personal items unless it arises from our negligence.
